Terms and conditions

1. Agreement

The agreement consists of these terms of sale, information provided by the customer when ordering specially agreed terms. If there is a conflict between the information, the specially agreed terms will apply if it is not in conflict with binding legislation.

The buyer is the person or persons who make the order and will hereinafter be referred to as the buyer.

3. Prices

The total price is shown at checkout when purchased and includes VAT and all additional costs. Shipping comes as an additional item if the goods are to be sent.

4. Entering into an agreement

The agreement is binding when the order is received by the seller.
However, the seller is not bound by the agreement if there has been a typing or typing error in the online store and the buyer should have realized that such an error existed.

5. Payments

The seller can demand payment from the time the item is sent to the buyer.

Buyer can pay with Stripe, Direct bank transfer or PayPal.

The amount is reserved when ordering, but is not deducted from the account until the item has been sent.

6. Delivery

Delivery has taken place when the buyer or its representative has received the item.

If delivery time is not specified in the order or on the website, the order must be delivered within 30 days of the order being received by the seller. The item is delivered to the buyer unless another address is specified.

7. The risk of the item

The risk for the item passes to the buyer’s responsibility from the time the delivery has been made (cf. section 6.)

8. Right of withdrawal

Unless the agreement is exempt from the right of withdrawal, the buyer may cancel the purchase of the item in accordance with the provisions of the Right of Withdrawal Act.

The buyer must notify the seller of the use of the right of withdrawal as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the item, the prescribed information about the right of withdrawal and the right of withdrawal form has been received. If the buyer receives the cancellation form and the necessary information at a later date than when the goods are delivered, the cancellation period begins to run from the day the buyer receives the right of withdrawal form and the information. If the buyer has not received sufficient information or a right of withdrawal form, the withdrawal period will still expire 3 months after the item has been received. If the buyer has not received information about the right of withdrawal at all, the deadline will be 1 year.

When using the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned to the seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days from notification of use of the right of withdrawal has been given. The buyer covers the direct costs of returning the item, unless otherwise agreed. The seller cannot set fees for the buyer’s use of the right of withdrawal.

The buyer can examine the product before he or she regrets the purchase. The item must be returned to the seller in almost the same condition as it was when the buyer received it, otherwise the buyer can be responsible for any reduced value of the item.

9. Examination of the item

When the buyer receives the item, it is recommended that he or she to a reasonable extent check whether it is in accordance with the order, whether it has been damaged during transport or whether it otherwise has defects.

If the item does not match the order or has defects, the buyer must notify the seller in the event of a complaint

10. Complaint and return of goods

If there are defects in the item, the buyer must notify as soon as possible and within two months after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered and notify the seller that the buyer will invoke the defect. Complaints can be made no later than 6 months after delivery of the item.

The right of complaint does not cover faults, damages or wear and tear, directly or indirectly, which have occurred as a result of incorrect operation or poor maintenance.

The item must not be sent back until the buyer has been notified of this, please note that we do not accept packages that are sent with cash on delivery.

11. Personal information

The person responsible for processing collected personal data is the seller. Unless the buyer agrees to something else, the seller may, in accordance with the Personal Data Act, only collect and store the personal data that is necessary for the seller to be able to carry out the obligations under the agreement. The buyer’s personal information will only be disclosed to others if it is necessary for the seller to implement the agreement with the buyer, or in statutory cases.

12. Conflict resolution

Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. items 8 and 10. The parties shall try to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not succeed, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation.
